This is Desaparecidos, a side work of Conor Oberst from Bright Eyes. The song’s called ‘The Happiest Place on Earth.’ As usual, he’s angry, condemning, and brilliant. This song is exploding with political statements and environmental concern. Conor’s a vegetarian himself. I love Bright Eyes, and this stuff is rockier and screamier, but good nonetheless. If you want me to upload the lyrics (he’s a little hard to understand) let me know.

Frog Deformities

Here is an interesting article about how frogs and amphibians are affected by farm pollution. Their skin is permeable because they live and spend a lot of time in the water, in which they usually can absorb chemicals that drained into the water source.
